The project started out with sewing two large panels together, then cutting each layer, cutting out the scallops, sewing on the itty bitty lace around each scallop, ruffling it then sewing it to the lower panel. Then an additional top panel that needed to be cut, scalloped, laced, pleated, hemmed, and sewn together. Whew!! Anyhow, it's up and my girls love it!! I have some hot pink towels I'm gonna frill up and add to the room and get rid of the ugly blue, but that's at least a couple days down the road. My other "big" project was getting my nightstand tables sanded and painted.
I'm thinking that...
my life is shifting so fast, that I'm not sure I can keep up! But I love it!

I am super duper (ubber?) impressed! I love your style, and I'm thinking of redoing my bedroom now. Nice job!
ReplyDeleteThanks Mandi. I'm glad I got an "ubber" thumbs up too! If you need any help just give me a ring.
