A friend of mine just bought a scarf similar to this one and she said, "see if you can't make this! If you can, I want one in cream." So I came home and got straight to work. I've been so excited to show you this scarf that I haven't even had time to make another one to type out the tutorial. But basically the verbage is like this: Take 1 yard of knit fabric, bring the edges together width wise, sew a straight stitch, turn that inside out, and sew another straight stitch parallel to the one you just did, lay the piece out on a cutting board and cut the fringe up as high as you'd like. Got that?
Yeah, me neither. So I'll try my hardest to make one this afternoon WITH pictures. The one I'll make is exactly like the one pictured here except in a nice fall color. GREY...gray? (sp?--whatever)
